O processo est\u00e1 em andamento e atualmente encontra-se na fase de confer\u00eancia e resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de pend\u00eancias documentais.<\/p><p>A REURB \u00e9 um conjunto de medidas jur\u00eddicas, urban\u00edsticas, ambientais e sociais que tem como objetivo integrar n\u00facleos urbanos informais ao planejamento oficial, garantindo o direito \u00e0 titularidade dos im\u00f3veis para os moradores.<\/p><p>A iniciativa segue os crit\u00e9rios da Lei Federal n\u00ba 13.465\/2017, e est\u00e1 sendo conduzida pela empresa Versaurb, especializada no segmento. A equipe j\u00e1 iniciou o contato direto com os moradores beneficiados, por meio da Central de Atendimento, dispon\u00edvel pelo telefone (31) 3191-5166.<\/p><p>\u00c9 importante destacar que este \u00e9 um processo complexo, que envolve diversas an\u00e1lises t\u00e9cnicas e jur\u00eddicas, al\u00e9m da intera\u00e7\u00e3o com cart\u00f3rios.
