Nadir Gon\u00e7alves Martins Santos em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da atual situa\u00e7\u00e3o em que se encontram\u00a0 as Folias no munic\u00edpio de Baldim, devido aos impactos causados pela pandemia do COVID 19 n\u00e3o puderam realizar seus encontros, pois os grupos se desintegraram. Desta forma viu-se a necessidade de reformular \u00a0as a\u00e7\u00f5es j\u00e1 previstas \u00a0com o objetivo de fomentar o regaste destes encontros. Diante do exposto, dentro da a\u00e7\u00e3o \u00a0\u201cPrimeiro Encontro Baldinense de Folias Locais\u201d, foi elaborado panfleto educativo com o objetivo de divulgar informa\u00e7\u00f5es referentes \u00e0s folias locais \u00a0\u00e0 comunidade baldinense, \u00a0promovendo sua relev\u00e2ncia e import\u00e2ncia.<\/p><p>Ainda sobre as folias, vale destacar que como produto da a\u00e7\u00e3o educativa foi discutido pelos participantes do Primeiro Encontro Baldinense de Folias Locais (Roda de Conversa), diretrizes para resgate da manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o cultural no munic\u00edpio. A Diretora de Cultura, Sra.
