Nadir Gon\u00e7alves Martins Santos, a A\u00e7\u00e3o de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Patrimonial: \u201cPrimeiro Encontro Baldinense de Folias Locais\u201d. Nesta a\u00e7\u00e3o, a Diretora de Cultura Nadir Gon\u00e7alves Martins Santos teve como apoiadores, a Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Cultura, Esporte e Lazer, o maestro Jos\u00e9 Ulisses Gon\u00e7alves Ara\u00fajo da Corpora\u00e7\u00e3o Musical Santa Cec\u00edlia, o Presidente da Folia Velha Eduardo Aparecido Alves e contou tamb\u00e9m com a presen\u00e7a de Conselheiros do Conselho Municipal do Patrim\u00f4nio Cultural de Baldim. Esta a\u00e7\u00e3o estava prevista dentro do cronograma dos trabalhos de educa\u00e7\u00e3o patrimonial como apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o no Programa de ICMS Patrim\u00f4nio Cultural, por\u00e9m devido a alguns fatores, viu-se a necessidade de realiz\u00e1-la de maneira diferente, adotando-se o crit\u00e9rio de uma Roda de Conversa. Desta forma, a Diretora de Cultura, Sra. Nadir Gon\u00e7alves Martins Santos deu in\u00edcio \u00e0 a\u00e7\u00e3o, atrav\u00e9s da Roda de Conversa falando sobre a import\u00e2ncia de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o e valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o desse bem imaterial, as folias de reis do munic\u00edpio baldinense, a pretens\u00e3o de resgatar as tradi\u00e7\u00f5es e heran\u00e7as culturais pertencentes ao munic\u00edpio de Baldim. Explicou aos presentes que, como j\u00e1 era do conhecimento de todos, estava previsto para contemplar esta a\u00e7\u00e3o um Encontro de Folias, por\u00e9m devido ao fato da necessidade que se fez, nos \u00faltimos anos, de afastamento entre as pessoas, os integrantes das folias, neste per\u00edodo pand\u00eamico tamb\u00e9m se afastaram e n\u00e3o foi poss\u00edvel realizar a a\u00e7\u00e3o como o previsto, ocorrendo ent\u00e3o a ideia de substitu\u00ed-la por esta Roda de Conversa. O presidente da Folia Velha, Sr. Eduardo Aparecido Alves disse que de fato ocorreu grande dispers\u00e3o por parte dos integrantes das Folias, devido ao per\u00edodo pand\u00eamico e ao isolamento que se fez necess\u00e1rio entre as pessoas, por\u00e9m ele vem se empenhando na miss\u00e3o de resgatar os foli\u00f5es, tendo como objetivo dar continuidade, preservar e retornar com as apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es da Folia de Reis. E estava muito feliz em participar desta a\u00e7\u00e3o, pois atrav\u00e9s dela vislumbrou uma forte parceria entre as Folias locais e a Prefeitura Municipal de Baldim, atrav\u00e9s da Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Cultura, Esporte e Lazer, Departamento de Cultura e o Conselho Municipal do Patrim\u00f4nio Cultural de Baldim. A Diretora de Cultura notou que foi positiva a Roda de Conversa alcan\u00e7ando os objetivos previstos e aumentou a sua expectativa de que em breve poder\u00e1 realizar um Encontro Baldinense de
